
Eggs Spagh-nedict?

Breakfast is my most favourite meal of the day, and I just love waking up dreaming of new breakfast concoctions. I’m a bit obsessed with poached eggs at the moment and trying to find more “eggs-benedict” inspired layering of an array of creative foodie additions….
…I love poached eggs piled on grilled zucchini with fresh parm on top….
….malt bread under poached eggs…
….love putting poached eggs on a maple syrup’ed waffle with maple bacon…and today for the first time I created: “Eggs Spagh-nedict”
