
The Rosy Rhubarb Fest in Shedden was a success for me because I had Rhubarb salsa for the first time and I’m obsessed! Thank you to the Englehart’s for sharing it!

I hadn’t anticipated it would have such an affect on me and breakfast! I smoothered it under and over my poached eggs for breaky and I loved it. The sweet and spicy compliments are amazing.

I’m so glad I went to Rosy Rhubarb, that I branched out and tried the salsa, because it’s a culinary game changer for me. I can’t wait to experiment more with it!
