Egg in a hole: cinnamon French toast

20140320-091513.jpg

Why not? Make French toast, make a hole and crack an egg in it. Add some real maple syrup and a touch of cinnamon! Good morning taste buds!

Bread Bar: birthday detox

I read somewhere that its okay to have not so healthy eating days as long as you bookend them with healthy eating days! So after a birthday celebration of rich foods and desserts I needed a really healthy eating day.

St. Patrick’s day Paddy sandwich cookie

For a real quick excuse to bake on St. Patrick’s day here’s the St. Patrick’s day Paddy sandwich cookie.

20140318-084449.jpg

I baked mint chocolate chip cookies and sandwiched them together with PC’s decadent chocolate chip cookie spread. And then covered them in green sprinkles. Then called it a “St. Patrick’s day Paddy sandwich cookie.”

Happy St. Patrick’s day!
