Yummy avocados are an amazing addition, especially to a BLT.
For a quick healthy sandwich, and something more substantial then your basic tomato sandwich, add ripe avocados.
Today I made an almost veggie sandwich: bacon, tomato, avocado, spinach, grilled red peppers and grilled portobello mushrooms.
