Martini House: a fab meal is a sure thing

From the raspberry point oysters, to the Caesar salad, to the fried chicken and cotton candy dessert, a meal at Martini House is a sure thing!

The oysters were medium sized but so light and fresh, and the creole sauce served with it was the perfect pairing. The Caesar salad looks as good as it tastes and the crouton is just so good.

The fried chicken was astounding and the highlight of the meal! The sauce with it really puts it over the edge and you’ll want to dip anything in it you can. I’ll come back just for that entree! The cotton candy dessert really is a fun, tasty touch.

Since this post I’ve been back for Tapas Tuesday (half priced apps) and I really love the charcuterie plate and dipping the flat bread into my friend’s muscles’ curry sauce! Also love the crispy cheese wontons!

About Marsha Idella

It's my Edible Journey! I love food. I love love love chef tastings. Eating out inspires my home cooking. I’m passionate about sharing the foods I’ve tasted – made by someone else or me. I love sharing my journey through food, advising where to eat and what to eat. Sometimes it’s a homemade meal, a nearby restaurant, a culinary vacation or a food themed event. I love sharing food photos and their descriptions just as much as eating, but I also need to archive my foodie photos and recommendations thus far so that I don’t forget where I’ve been. Sometimes it is about eating the same thing twice – especially when you want to share that experience with someone or just relive it. “This is amazing, you gotta eat this”
