Summer eats at The Windjammer


The Buddha bowl at the Windjammer is a fabulous summer dish. 

I just love the sweet potato wedges with black beans, corn and avacado! I added the cornmeal dusted perch to this dish because I love having fish here and it’s the perfect pairing.

A note that normally the Buddha bowl does come with warm flatbread.
